OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

Entrants, must be 19 years of age or older, be a Canadian citizen, an Ottawa area resident, and hold a valid drivers license to be eligible to win the usage of the 2011 Ford Fiesta Car. There is no fee to enter, nor obligation to purchase anything. The contest ends December 15, 2010. At contest’s end, a Sterling Ford representative shall draw the grand prize winner from a random selection of all eligible entrants of the promotion. The winner shall receive 24 months of usage of the 2011 Ford Fiesta Car under lease by Sterling Ford. To claim the prize, the recipient must meet the details outlined in the Complete Promotion Rules. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.

Official Rules & Regulations of the Sterling Ford and OttawaKiosk.com Fun To Drive Contest.

Participation in the “Sterling Ford and OttawaKiosk.com Fun To Drive” Contest (the “Contest”) constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa in accordance thereof, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.

1. Basics of the Contest

The Contest is sponsored and administered by Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. The contest is a unique Internet promotion catering to all current Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. users, and all future potential Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. users in Canada and excludes residents of the Province of Quebec. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A maximum of one contest registration may be entered per email address. Duplicate contest registrations may invalidate all entries made by the entrant and/or submitted by the same email address. Once entered in the Contest, the entrant shall automatically be entered into and eligible to win the Grand Prize in accordance with the Contest Deadlines noted below.

By entering the contest, the entrant specifically gives Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. permission to contact them by email respecting this and other special offers, which they may offer from time to time. When entering the Contest, the entrant grants Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. permission to send him/her additional promotional materials, which they may offer from time to time. Consequently, the entrant has the opportunity to be first in line to receive new and up–to–date information on promotions or events.

2. Who Can Enter

The “Sterling Ford and OttawaKiosk.com Fun To Drive Contest” is open to natural persons who are 19 years of age or older and are residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), have Internet access, a valid driver's license and a valid email account for the duration of the Contest after entry. Employees of Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc., their affiliates and agents, participating sponsors, contractors and immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse) of each such employee, together with those with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

Access the Contest web site at www.SterlingFordCarGiveaway.com, complete the online entry form in its entirety and click on the submit button. To enter, you must have a web browser that is compatible with Netscape 4.0 or higher; Internet Explorer 5.0; or a web browser compatible with the above–referenced browsers. Contest may also be entered via ballot at participating locations, texting your email address to 613-614-9837, or entry from various partner web sites.

In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry shall be deemed submitted by an 'authorized email account holder’. Entries will be declared made by the authorized email account holder of the email address at the time of entry. “Authorized email account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on–line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

5. Contest Dates

The Contest begins at 12:00:00 am EST on February 15, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 pm EST on December 15, 2010 (the "Contest End Date").

6. What Can I Win

A random draw for the prize shall be made by Sterling Ford on the following date: December 21, 2010.

The Grand Prize is as follows:

The usage of a Two–Year Lease on a 2011 Ford Fiesta provided by Sterling Ford.

The approximate value of all prizes is stated in Canadian Dollars. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except by Sterling Ford, who, in the event of prize unavailability or any other reason, reserves (1) the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value; and (2) the right to substitute cash for any merchandise prize. All taxes, fees and all other expenses and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. and its agencies to use each winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Sterling Ford will not nor does it make any representations or warranties including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantable quality and fitness of any awarded product or prize.

7. Notification and Redemption

The winning entrant shall be notified by the email address provided in its registration. The winning entrant must respond to the email notification within twenty-four (24) hours of it having been sent and provide written consent to the usage of your name and photograph by Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. Failure to respond and/or consent to within-noted terms shall result in forfeiture of the any and all prizes. The winning entrant must provide valid proof of identification within twenty-four (24) hours of the email notification having been sent or the prize shall be forfeited.

Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa are not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for any failure to contact any selected entrant. It is solely the entrant’s responsibility and/or duty to insure that the information he/she provides is accurate and current. Each selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a time–limited, mathematical skill–testing, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, to be declared a winner.

If the selected entrant for any prize is unable to correctly answer the skill–testing question, fails to provide proof of identity, is found to have violated any rule of the Contest or has not responded within twenty-four (24) hours of an e-mail being sent to him/her, the selected entrant will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize. Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. shall subsequently hold a second draw for a new selected entrant. Any and all previously selected entrant(s) shall be deemed ineligible to claim a prize in any and all subsequent draws.

The selected entrant of any second draw shall be subject to the same terms, rules, standards and/or limitations as stated within these Official Rules & Regulations of the Sterling Ford and OttawaKiosk.com Fun To Drive Contest. Any and all unclaimed prizes following the second draw shall not be awarded.

In order to claim a prize, winners must sign and return to Sterling Ford, Sterling Ford’s standard declaration of compliance with the contest rules and a release form releasing Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and advertising and promotional agencies from and against any and all liability arising from the acceptance and use of any prize, and must pay any applicable taxes, registration costs, insurance, and other expenses.

8. Contest Deadlines

To be eligible for the “Sterling Ford and OttawaKiosk.com Fun To Drive Contest” prize draw(s), a properly completed entries must be received by no later than 11:59:59 pm EST on December 15, 2010.

9. Chances of Winning

The chances of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date.

The names of the Grand Prize winner(s) shall be published on this web site after the close of the contest, subject to verification.

10. Privacy

Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. shall be collecting personal data about the entrant(s) for the administration of the Contest and for purposes of market research. Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. shall be allowed to use this information to provide the entrant(s) with up-to-date information about Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. and the offers made by their business units and/or subsidiaries. Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. shall also be allowed to use this data for market research purposes. The entrant may choose to opt–out of receiving emails, however, such shall affect the entrant’s participation, eligibility and/or entry(ies) in the Contest.

Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. warrant that the personal data collected shall not be transferred or sold to any third party(ies), except in the following circumstances:

1) the entrant has given Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. permission to do so;

2) in good faith, when Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. believe the law requires them to do so;

3) under limited circumstances specifically described to the entrant when we collect the information, such as in the rules of contests, sweepstakes or other promotions;

4) to Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc.’s respective agents for data processing purposes, respective professional advisors and promotional and marketing agencies;

5) to Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc.’s affiliated companies and their agents and advisors and their respective employees, whom are restricted from using the information for any other purpose other than as described in these Official Rules.

Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. may match aggregated, statistical use information to parameters established by third parties, without releasing user information. This information does not contain any personally identifiable information. Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. may share aggregate information with trading partners, co–branded sites, participating sponsors and advertisers, however, this aggregated information does not contain personally identifiable information.

The data will be kept on data storage systems in Montreal, QC, accessible only by Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc.. Any requests for access to the information the entrant has supplied, or to update or rectify any such information, can be made via email to contest@ottawakiosk.com.

11. General Terms and Conditions

This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal laws of Canada.

By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and hold Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies and legal advisers, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, any loss, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

All entries become the property of Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. upon submission. Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. are not responsible for any injury or damage(s) suffer by the entrant to their person, property or reputation, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or from downloading any material from Destinations Ottawa Inc., Sterling Ford or the contest’s web sites, server or from any other Internet web site, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Destination Ottawa Inc., Sterling Ford or a third party.

DESTINATION OTTAWA OR STERLING FORD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THE CONTEST IF FRAUD, TECHNICAL FAILURES INCLUDING ANY NETWORK, SERVER OR HARDWARE FAILURE OR ANY OTHER FACTOR BEYOND STERLING FORD’S REASONABLE CONTROL IMPAIRS THE INTEGRITY OF THE CONTEST AS DETERMINED BY STERLING FORD IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. IN THE EVENT OF SUCH IMPAIRMENT, STERLING FORD RESERVES THE RIGHT BUT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO SELECT WINNERS AT RANDOM FROM ALL REGISTERED ENTRANTS AT TIME OF SUCH IMPAIRMENT, AS DETERMINED BY STERLING FORD.

Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. is not responsible for any technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions or entries that are stolen, misdirected, lost, late, damaged or ineligible, which may limit the ability to participate in the contest.

12. Restrictions

The following are prohibited and may result in automatic, permanent expulsion from the Contest: (1) Entering “Sterling Ford and OttawaKiosk.com Fun To Drive Contest” more than once or under more than one email address or phone number at a time; (2) Viewing or tampering with the Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa’s system, or its source code or data; (3) Using any method that artificially increases odds of winning; (4) Void in the Province of Quebec and where prohibited; (5) Non–compliance with the official rules of the Contest; and (6) Any other act which Sterling Ford and Destination Ottawa Inc. determines in their sole discretion jeopardizes the integrity of the contest.
